Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We design and build websites, e-shops, booking systems, QR menus and admin panels. The exact scope, timing and price of each project are set out in the written quote we send you.

2. Prices & payment

Prices on the site are starting prices and exclude VAT. The final price applies only as stated in the written quote.

Payment terms (e.g. deposit and final payment) are stated in the quote. Delivery happens after full payment.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and start once we receive all materials (texts, photos, logos) from you. Delays in materials move the delivery date accordingly.

4. Changes & revisions

Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions during design. Changes beyond the original quote are charged separately once agreed.

5. Content & intellectual property

You are responsible for the materials you give us and confirm you have the right to use them.

After full payment, the final site belongs to you. G12 may show it in its portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

6. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, payment gateways and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and fees. We're not responsible for their outages or changes.

7. G12 AI

Our assistant gives general information and can make mistakes. Its answers are not a binding offer.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep everything working correctly and securely, but we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability never exceeds the amount you paid for the project concerned.

9. Governing law

Greek law applies. Greek courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
